Grand Theft Auto VI is officially scheduled to launch on November 19, 2026 for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. Rockstar currently describes GTA VI as a single-player experience.\n\nPreload begins at local midnight on November 12, 2026 for digital pre-orders. Rockstar says the physical version will also be available from November 12 as a code-in-box product so players can begin downloading before launch; a disc is not included in the box.\n\nPre-orders are available now. Rockstar lists the Standard Edition and Ultimate Edition digitally, and players who purchase before November 20, 2026 receive the Vintage Vice City Pack. Digital pre-orders also include one month of GTA+ according to Rockstar.\n\nConfirmed launch platforms are PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.
